KEEP TAKING YOUR SPIRITUAL MEDICINE

Proverbs 4:20-22, Proverbs 17:22 (KJV, GNB)

My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. *A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones. *Being cheerful keeps you healthy. It is slow death to be gloomy all the time.

The word of God is more powerful and effective than every other medicine or therapy in the world. Sadly, many believers are more faithful in taking the medications they receive from their doctors than they are in taking the prescriptions God has given for their healing.
God told Joshua not to allow His word depart from his mouth, (Josh.1:8). Just as food and medicine enter your body through your mouth and begin to work and help your body, the word of God enters your body and life through your mouth and it begins to work and help your body and life. Beloved, you need to join God to say what He is saying about your health and be consistent in it, until you see the manifestation of your perfect healing. Say it 3 times a day or even more.

God has said so that you can boldly say, (Heb.13:5-6).
It is also important for you to rejoice and be joyful while you take your spiritual medicine. The Bible says, “Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation,” (Isa.12:3). As you confess God’s word with joy, you are drawing out your healing. Psalms 107:20-21 says “He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Oh that men would praise the LORD for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men!”

Action Point:
Declare God’s word over your life and health with joy and boldness. Thank God for your healing and manifesting His word.
