MAXIMIZE THE BENEFITS OF REDEMPTION

“But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.” Isaiah 53:5 NLT

Beloved, it is because of you that Jesus went through all the hardship and persecution. For the joy that was set before Him, He endured the cross, despising the shame because He had you and I in mind. Therefore, our own part is to enjoy the benefits because it is fully paid for. He carried our weaknesses, shame, sorrows, pains and sins; by His stripes we are healed. So, why should you allow all those things that Jesus died for to weigh you down? It is time to stand your ground against all forms of darkness.

Child of God, Satan has no authority over you except you give it to him. The work Jesus did on the cross is final and complete. Satan is a defeated foe. The resurrection of Christ sealed Satan’s defeat forever and put him eternally under our feet. Jesus triumphed! Colossians 2:15 says: “Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it” (NKJV). Jesus completely disarmed every power that will try to take a stand against us. Now it is our responsibility to live in that finished work of Christ. We must take full advantage of all that Jesus provided because that truly brings Him honor. The highest honour you can give to God as a believer is to maximize the benefits of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus.

Declare over yourself the benefits you have in Christ. Enforce your healing, your deliverance, your provision, your protection and your breakthrough because that is what Jesus came to give you. Make up your mind to live in the resurrection power so that resurrection will not just be a onetime event, but a daily experience. I declare that the resurrection power will be made manifest in every area of your life.  Your life shall indeed be rich and satisfying.
