NEVER DESPISE LITTLE BEGINNINGS
Job 8:7 (NKJV, NIV, NLT & CEV, GNB), Psalms 115:14-15 Though your beginning was small, yet your latter end would increase abundantly. *Your beginnings will seem humble, so prosperous will your future be. *And though you started with little, you will end with much. *Your future will be brighter by far than your past. *All the wealth you lost will be nothing compared with what God will give you then. *The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children. Ye are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth.
In describing the kingdom of God, Jesus said, “It is like a mustard seed which, when it is sown on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth; but when it is sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out large branches, so that the birds of the air may nest under its shade,” Mark 4:31-32 (NKJV). This shall be your testimony in every area of your life. That little step you are taking now will manifest into a great result and testimony in the nearest future. The God of increase is your God and He is bringing great increase into every area of your life.
Do not be discouraged. The Lord will increase your greatness and comfort you on every side, (Psa.71:21). David said, “But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head,” (Psa.3:3). Beloved, right now God is lifting your head. He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, shall supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness,” (2Cor. 9:10, NKJV).
The grace to be patient and to continue to do what is right is upon you. As you continue to rejoice in God and praise Him, things around you will yield their increase. The Lord will so manifest His glory and blessings in your life that people will fear Him, (Psa.67:5-7). God says, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end,” (Jer.29:11). Child of God, your expectation shall not be cut off, Pro.23:18. Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard and minds have not imagined what God has in store for you, (1Cor.2:9). Keep moving.
Action Point:
Rejoice and thank God for His abundant grace upon your life. Declare divine growth, progress and increase upon all your endeavours.
