NO WORD OF GOD IS VOID OF POWER

”For with God, nothing shall be impossible.” Luke 1:37 KJV

Whenever the word of God comes to you, the only way that you are allowed to relate with it is to believe. The angel of the Lord told Mary: Look you are going to be pregnant of the Holy Ghost. She was engaged but she just said okay how can it happen. In other words, she said let me prepare myself so that when it happens I won’t miss it. She was told that the Holy Ghost was going to come upon her and the power of the Highest shall overshadow her.  Then the angel said: “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” This means no Word of God is void of power. Every Word of God has inside it all the capacity and all the ingredients to produce what He says.
So since that is the truth, my part is to receive it whether it makes sense or not. It did not make sense to Mary. But watch what she said: “…be it unto me according to thy words.” (Luke 1:38 KJV). Let it happen to me as you have said. Then the scripture says: “Blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord” (Luke 1:45 KJV).

It is not based on popular opinion or what everyone is telling you. If I had listened to popular opinion I wouldn’t answer the call of God. They did everything to make me not answer the call but I knew in my knowing that my destiny lies in answering God’s call. I didn’t see anything! I didn’t hear any loud voice. For me, there was no lightning and no thunder. Nothing. I just knew inside me.

Everything around me was crying foul and every other person was saying it will never work but the Spirit of God inside me encouraged me.  That is how faith is. The Spirit of God told me: “Don’t bother about them, you are connected to God you will never fail.  When you stand by faith on the Word of God, you are connected to God and there is no way you can fail because no Word of God is void of power.
