POWER OF COMMITMENT IN LEADERSHIP

Real Leaders in the real sense are solution providers.

Solution providers are not necessarily intellectually outstanding otherwise no intellectual person should have their problems linger beyond a day.

Solution providers are just simply committed to life.

It is commitment that puts intelligence to work.

It takes commitment to give value and worth to intellectualism.                  

Commitment is the participation of the heart with the mind in reasoning out a way forward.

It is the combination of the will and knowledge of a man.

Wherever there is a will, knowledge will be driven to trace and chart the way.

Therefore to be a leader of worth, get committed by becoming a solution provider.
