Prepare for Promotion

Painful trials are a part of life, but God loves you and helps you to grow through them. Each challenge you encounter in life is part of your education process—a process that determines when you’re ready to be promoted to the next level.

Trials build spiritual muscle, faith, endurance, and longsuffering. They are opportunities to experience firsthand the faithfulness of God and to show your ability to rejoice as you share in the sufferings of Christ.

Trials come and go, but the development of godly character—your personal spiritual maturity—during the process makes you a worthy candidate for the promotion God has planned for you!

Prayer of the Day: Father, please help me trust in Your plan for my life, especially during difficult trials. Please cause my character to be refined and my faith strengthened, amen.
