REJOICE THAT YOU ARE CROWNED WITH DIVINE FAVOUR
PSALMS 103:2 & 4 (NKJV, AMPC)
Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all His benefits—*Who redeems your life from the pit and corruption, Who beautifies, dignifies, and crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercy;
Apart from preserving your life from evil and destruction, as a believer in Christ, God crowns/ beautifies your life with His loving-kindness and tender mercies. The loving-kindness and tender mercies of God makes our lives full of manifestations of God’s grace and favour.
In exchange for our crown of thorns and shame, Jesus has given us His crown of favour and glory. Christ’s favour and glory are upon you, beloved. God has changed the course of your life. As the angel told Mary, God wants you to know that you are blessed and highly favoured right now because of Christ’s Cross. In Christ, God has blessed you with all spiritual blessings (Eph.1:3). You are clothed in the garment of God’s favour. The more aware you are of your blessings and favours, the more they will manifest in your life. It will attract good things into your life, and men, even your enemies, will grant you great access and favour (Prov.16:7).
You have more favour in Christ than Esther did when she went before the king (Esth.5:2-3). You will continue to experience more and more manifestations of God’s favour on your life, just as Jesus did (Luke 2:52).
PRAYER:
I thank you Dear Father for how you have beautified my life with your loving-kindness and tender mercies. I am highly favoured!
