SERVE GOD WITH LOVE AND BY PREACHING OF THE GOSPEL

Matthew 25:35-36 & 40 (CEV), Romans 1:9 (GNB)

..I was hungry, you gave me …to eat,..I was thirsty, you gave me …to drink. ..I was a stranger, you welcomed me,..I was naked, you gave me clothes to wear. ..I was sick, you took care of me,..I was in jail, you visited me” *…”Whenever you did it for any of my people, no matter how unimportant they seemed, you did it for me.” *…the God whom I serve with all my heart by preaching the Good News about his Son…

As I celebrate my birthday today, I greatly rejoice and appreciate God for His abundant grace and goodness in my life for all these years. I also want to share with you two things that God has continually stirred my heart to do in my service unto Him. They are loving people and preaching the Gospel of Christ. The truth is, the more you understand the Gospel of Christ, the great love of God and all that God has accomplished for us through Christ, the more passionate you will be about loving people and sharing the Gospel with others. You will not be able to keep God’s love or the Gospel of Christ to yourself.

I thank God that that same passion for preaching the Gospel that was exemplified in the life of my husband, Archbishop Benson Idahosa, was also placed inside of me. I pray that you too will be filled with this same passion and that it will cause a genuine increase in your commitment to evangelism that brings about a great harvest into God’s kingdom.

Everyday, my passion for souls is increasing and I desire the same for you too. I also believe that as God so loved the world that He gave, we must love God so much that we extend His love to those around us, especially fellow believers. We are God’s heart to love people and we are His hands to touch, heal and bless. Please keep me in your prayers and join me by extending the Gospel and showing love to those around you.

Prayer Focus:
Thank God for His grace and goodness over my life all these years. Pray for God to use us even more as we show love and preach the Gospel.
