Stop weeping, Jesus has Prevailed for You

Revelation 5:3-5 & 9 (NKJV)
And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it. So I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it. But one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals.” *And they sang a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation

No matter the cause of your worries or tears, beloved, I have good news for you today. Jesus has Prevailed over that situation for you. In our text above, there was a sad situation that made John weep bitterly. There was no one to open the scroll. The scroll needed to be opened for the will of God to be declared and manifested. Maybe you are in a situation where there seems to be no available to help you and there seems to be no solution in sight. It is time for you to look again. Clean your eyes and look at Jesus. What Jesus did for you on the cross has taken care of that situation you are facing right now. In our text above, John was weeping because he did not know that the victory of Jesus applied to that situation. An elder had to tell him to stop weeping and to look at Jesus and His victory over the situation.

Jesus immediately came, took the scroll and opened it. From that moment the situation changed and there was rejoicing. They begin to sing a new song. It is time for you to sing a new song. See the victory of Jesus over that situation and being to sing, dance and rejoice about it. You shall experience a manifestation of the supernatural power of God in your life. Jesus has turned that situation around already. When He said, “it is finished,” Jesus was declaring the end of every power that situation had over you. Jesus is saying to you like He told the disciples, “be of good cheer, I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). It is time for your rejoicing and celebration. The new song that John heard was eventually taken to another level. He said he heard the voice of ten thousand times ten thousand (100,000,000) and thousands of thousands of angels singing and declaring what Jesus had done, (Rev.5:11-13). Great singing, dancing and rejoicing shall fill your life.

Thanksgiving Prayer:
I rejoice in you dear Lord, because I see the victory that Jesus has won for me already. I receive celebration and rejoicing now!
