Storm Ready

“Jesus said, ‘Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts upon them, may be compared to a wise man, who built his house on the rock…'”

Matthew 7:24

Jesus was a carpenter, so we can be confident that He knew how to build a house. He knew that a house had to have a solid foundation, so it would stand when the storms came. Jesus also knew that building a life is like building a house.

If you build your life on the Rock of Jesus Christ, with Him as your foundation, and according to His principles, when storms, stress and tribulation come – and they will come – your life will stand – in this world and through all eternity.

Take some time and examine your life and see if it’s storm ready.
