THE CHURCH SHALL EXPERIENCE GREAT GROWTH AND INCREASE

Ephesians 4:15-16 (AMPC)
…let our lives lovingly express truth [in all things, speaking truly, dealing truly, and living truly]. Enfolded in love, let us grow up in every way and in all things into Him Who is the Head, [even] Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). For because of Him the whole body (the church, in all its various parts), closely joined and firmly knit together by the joints and ligaments with which it is supplied, when each part [with power adapted to its need] is working properly [in all its functions], grows to full maturity, building itself up in love.

God will cause us to experience great growth and increase in the body of Christ this year. The most important thing happening on the earth right now, is what God is doing in His church. We are God’s vessel and channel to reach out to the world and to fill the earth with His glory. The church is the most powerful body on the earth. For the church is the Body of Christ and all power in Heaven and on earth has been given to Christ and Christ has given us this power to go and disciple all nations for Him. We are unstoppable.

Jesus Himself said I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it, (Matt.16:18). No persecution, trial, negative policy or challenge will decrease or diminish the church. The leaders of the church shall not lose focus. By the wisdom of God, challenges will be overcome, people will be equipped and it will lead to growth and increase, (Acts 6:1-7). No weapon formed against us shall prosper. We shall experience rest and multiplication by the comfort of the Holy Ghost, (Acts 9:31).

The church shall not be weak but strong. The Gospel of Christ will grow mightily and prevail, (Acts 19:20). We will increase in our focus on Christ, we will increase in the character and anointing of Christ. God is at work in us, making us willing and able to do His good will. We shall increase in our boldness in standing for Christ and preaching the Gospel. Daily, more and more souls will be added to the church, (Acts 2:47). We shall increase in love for one another and unity amongst ourselves, (Psa.133:1). God is our glory, our shield and the lifter of our heads. We shall experience various angelic operations and manifestations, (Acts 5:19, 8:26, and 12:6-10). Pray for the church, play your part and contribute your own quota towards the growth and increase of the church.

Prayer Focus:
Thank God for the great growth and increase He will manifest in the church this year. Pray for the church as you are led by the Spirit.
