THE CURRENT LOCATION OF GOD’S POWER

Ephesians 3:20 (AMP), Ephesians 1:19-20 (GNB)

Now to Him who is able to…do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us,*and how very great is his power at work in us who believe. This power working in us is the same as the mighty strength…he used when he raised Christ from death and seated him at his right side in the heavenly world.

Many believers are aware that God loves them and that God is willing to manifest His glory and power in their lives. But not many believers are aware of where God’s glory and power reside. Many believers still think that God’s mighty glory and power are somewhere out there and something they have to plead, fast, search and reach out for. Beloved, I am pleased to let you know that God’s glory and power are resident and mightily at work in you all the time.

Right now, the power of God flows out of you (John 7:37-39). That same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives on the inside of you(Rom.8:11). God Himself is at work in you, making you willing and able to do His will in every circumstance and situation (Phil.2:13). We don’t need Jesus to rise from the dead or to come down from Heaven to manifest His power in our lives or situation. All we need is to believe and speak His word (Rom. 10:6-10).

As you speak with boldness and declare God’s power, God’s power will manifest in your life. The word of God in your mouth is as powerful as the word of God in Jesus’ mouth. Jesus assured us that “As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you” (John 20:21). As God empowered and sent Jesus, He has empowered and sent you too. You are a carrier of the glory, power and presence of God. Be more conscious of this mighty power of God at work in you.

Prayer Focus:
Thank God for His mighty power at work in you. Pray you will be more conscious of it. Declare God’s power over your life.
