THE PATHWAY OF ACHIEVERS
“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” Psalms 16:11 KJV
Beloved, this season, take time to stay in God’s presence and receive a Word from Him because the answer to your field is in His Presence. Take your eyes away from the ‘waves’ you see all around you. Choose to spend time in the Word. They might not like your face but as long as you have the right answers, people will kiss your lips. Always remember that there are no quick fixes and no short cuts. The fact that others are doing the wrong things and getting away with it does not mean you should get involved. You are different!
Decide to be intentional and focus on your assignment no matter how small it looks now. Run with the Word you have received from Him. Don’t be caught up with unnecessary competition and distractions. You must know where you are going to in life and how you intend to get there. A person who does not define his objectives obviously will end nowhere but that will not be your portion in Jesus name. When you look at Acts 26:12-19, you will see that Apostle Paul knew who called him and exactly what he was called to do. He was a man of purpose and he fulfilled it.
My question is: How do you want your business to be like this year? By business, I mean everything about your life. What level and dimension of impact do you want to develop and leverage on? The scripture in 1 Timothy 4:16 says, “Take heed unto thyself and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself and them that hear thee.”
Ensure that your goals are clearly defined and don’t leave God’s presence without a clear direction concerning where He wants you to be. This is the pathway of all achievers. Sit down, think, plan and strategize. It is only then that you can settle in and achieve your dreams.
