THERE IS NO FAILURE IN YOU

“And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:” Colossians 2:10 KJV

One of the tragedies of the believer is to see himself or herself outside Christ. Let me ask you a question: Can your head and body be separated? I am not talking about being beheaded. I mean while you are alive and well, your head is in one location and the rest of your body is in another location. I can almost imagine you laughing sarcastically wondering, how can that be? But that is the way many believers think. They think of themselves outside of Jesus. But beloved, the day you gave your heart to Jesus, you became one with Him. If Jesus cannot fail, you cannot fail. It is as simple as that.

You must come to terms with your position in Christ if you must reap all that God has in store for you. As He is, the Bible says, so are we (1 John 4:17); that is simply because of the fact that the Head and the body cannot be separated. The more you come to terms with this truth, the bolder you are and the better the results you get because the devil realizes that he can no longer deceive you.

The question is: how do you get yourself to align with this truth? It is simply by meditating on the Word of God. Take the scripture that deals with the reality of the new creation, read and meditate over and over on it, until you become one with it. The more of the Word you get into you, the more Christ-like you become.

Yes, there will be challenges, but just as Jesus overcame, you will overcome. Don’t be afraid of what this year holds. You have an assurance that it is your year of ‘Exceeding Abundantly.’ God is set to exceed your expectations. The world has not seen anything yet. God will give you pleasant surprises as you walk closer and closer with Him.
