TRUE WORTH OF LEADERSHIP

There is no leadership without direction.

Leadership is defined by the capability to offer and issue direction.

You are not a strong leader if you don’t issue clear direction to followers.

Leadership strength is measured by your ability to issue right direction not minding whether it suits the follower or not.

There is never an easy direction.

Therefore to succeed as a leader first, subject yourself to be led. It is those who have received clear direction that can offer leadership.
