VALUE PEOPLE

Wise leaders will always regard people as his greatest asset.
You will always need people, you cannot do without people. Therefore, value people.
If you don’t have value for people you can’t get value from people.
If you don’t respect them then don’t expect them to support you, if you don’t raise them, they will erase you.
If you trample upon them they will trap you.
