WELCOME TO YOUR YEAR OF EXCEEDING GREAT REWARD

“After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I
am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.”

The year 2023 is your year of exceeding great reward. God is set to do incredible things in quick
succession in your life. Those things that you assume forgotten are coming into the light and
God is telling you “I have not forgotten you”. Do not look at this year’s theme as a cliché
because it is not; it is God’s word for you as a person.

Look at the story of Abram. In Genesis 12, God called him out without a clear definition in mind.
God simply said to him “… Get thee out of thy country…, unto a land that I will shew thee and I
will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; …” (Gen. 12:1-
2) and a period of over 14 years passed, and Abram was still childless. Is that not like many
believers today? You feel the time has passed, it has been over a decade, yet the promise still
looks vague, but I have come to tell you today to turn your switch of faith on because God is
coming through for you. This is your year of Exceeding great rewards. Those things that you
consider impossible, God is set to revisit them. I encourage you to believe the word of God,
obey every instruction He gives to you, and see it come to pass.

It is human to get to a point when you ask, when? Abram did but look at God’s answer: God
never gave a time but showed him a vision of what is to come and immediately Abram saw it,
the Bible said in verse 6 “And he believed in the Lord, and he counted it to him for
righteousness”. Child of God, what has God told you? What picture do you have in your mind’s
eye? Hold on to it, it shall come to pass.
I am excited because I know I will hear your testimony.
