YOU ARE BORN OF GOD

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” 1 John 5:4   KJVWhatsoever is born of God overcometh the world; that is a present continuous statement. When we say overcometh the world, it means you are overcoming whatever the world system can offer. When you are born again, you are a world overcomer. Cat gives birth to cat and lion gives birth to lion. Similarly, God gives birth to gods; his own children. Yes! In the first Adam, whatever runs in the family runs down the line. The same thing applies to the last Adam. Whatever runs in the family of the last Adam-Jesus; also runs in your life because you have become part of the family. It is a family of winners!  We don’t lose in anything we do because our Father is not a loser. Your Father does not have cancer. It doesn’t run in your family. So when the devil comes and says that sickness runs in the family, you say yes, it runs in that family but not in our own family. My family is different!  I belong to God’s family.God, by substitution, has already dealt with anything that you are suffering from, that was why he said it is finished. Refuse to operate in ignorance. Abundance has been made available to you but because you are not willing to appropriate what God made available to you, you may not see the manifestation. When you know that you are like your Father in heaven who does not have cancer and so you cannot, you declare it boldly to yourself. When you are born of God, you are born to win because your father is a winner all the time. When you begin to fret and ask how do I get the money? How am I going to pay this bill? How is this need going to be met? It is because you have not really understood that God is your Father. The cattle on a thousand hills belong to your Father. The beasts of the forest belong to Him. The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness therefore. So when the need arises, all you need to do is talk to your Father. Go to Daddy and tell Him because Jesus settled it on the cross.Further Reading: Psalms 24:1-2; 1 John 5:4-13Daily Bible Reading: Morning- Jeremiah 20-21; Evening- 2 Timothy 4
