YOU ARE GOD’S PRIORITY

“According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.” Ephesians 1: 4 (KJV)

You see, the reason you have to make God your priority is that first of all, God has made you His priority. God is committed to you. One key bible truth that you must understand and receive as a revelation in your spirit and that will help you a great deal; is to know that God is passionately committed to you. You are His priority. You are the reason for this earth. He is irrevocably, irreversibly, unconditionally committed to you. He is committed to your total well-being, and He can be trusted. Settle that in your heart and let that sink in. Meditate on it long enough to become a part of you. No matter what you may be facing today, be convinced that you are God’s priority.

Another truth you must settle is that God does not change! He does not vacillate! His love for you is unconditional. It is, irrespective of your failures and shortcomings. Your weaknesses, moments of confusion, and distraction cannot reduce or remove His love for you. He knows you through and through and He is still committed to you. When you know this and you are fully convinced of it, the natural response is for you to also become committed to Him. It is a natural joyful response that should be devoid of manipulation. It is not through any form of pressure. When you understand it, no one will plead with you to be committed to God. No one will police you. Anywhere you go, you will want to honour Him in all aspects of your life.

Nothing about the love of God was initiated by man; nothing you do can make you deserve His love. However, He loves you and He is committed to seeing you be the best that you can ever be. His mind is full of you. He is ensuring that head or tail, you win. Walk today in the precious and powerful knowledge that God is committed to you.
