YOU ARE ROYALTY

“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:” 1 Peter 2:9KJV

The moment you gave your life to Christ, you were translated into the Kingdom of God. It was a divine adoption plan because you automatically became royalty. But it will be impossible for you to walk in the full powers available to you if you don’t know your identity.

The devil loves it when children of God do not know their rights so he can run roughshod over their lives. He knows that by the stripes of Jesus you were made whole, but he brings sickness and tells you this is beyond God. He tells you that you need to be poor to go to heaven. As long as you believe these lies, you will wallow in suffering; whereas, God already made your healing and abundance available to you. This is why you need to study the Word of God. You need to know your rights and privileges as a member of the Kingdom.

The Bible rightly says in Galatians 4:1: “Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all” (KJV). Do you know why? It is simply because you cannot exercise your rights if you are ignorant of whom you are.

Beloved, all you need to know is in the Word of God. Study the Word and be a doer of the Word. Know also that you cannot study in isolation. That is why God has planted the church on earth. You need to belong to a Bible believing church where the Word of God is the final authority and the Holy Spirit is given absolute liberty. Don’t just sit at home and think you can get it all from the television or the internet. Belong to a church, be committed there and watch your Christian life grow from glory to glory.
