Rhema For Living 27 April 2022 Devotional MESSAGE
Anger has destroyed a lot of persons. Just a little provocation or misunderstanding, they utter words which bring them under the judgement of God. It is not until you physically stab a man that you have murdered him, your words can also murder a man. To overcome anger, our scriptural text counsels that you use you discretion and deferreth your anger. When you do that, the anger just goes away.

Discretion in what you say or do will make you a wise person, it will make you pass over a transgression. It will save you from sin because operating with the spirit of anger generate strife which leads to transgression. The anger man says whatever he wants to say foolishly and when the spirit of anger has left him, he starts to regret and may likely go back to those he had hurt to apologize but may not be able to put relationships together again and this may go on and on.
Listen, if you do not honour or have value for your fellow human being, you do not know God. Use your discretion and put anger under your control. “He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city” Prov. 16 :32..
I pray for you, by the help of the Spirit, may you overcome anger.
PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, let my discretion come to play against every form of anger by fire.
