YOU HAVE A PART TO PLAY

“Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year a hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:” Genesis 26:12-13 (KJV)

If you work it, it will work. When you hear other people’s testimony, always listen with an understanding that God is no respecter of persons. As far as the Word of God is concerned, it is a level platform for everyone to play. And God respects your choice. That is the beauty of the Kingdom.

“Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: but in every nation, he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.”(Acts 10:34-35 KJV)

In the things of God, your life choices will determine how far you will go. I knew the background I came from personally when God called me in terms of Christianity. At that time, I made up my mind that I was not going to be a local champion. It is a choice! I prepared for where I was going. And you are privileged that this understanding and this wisdom are being passed to you. Nowadays, no one sits down with us to share some of these things you are reading. I mean, blessed are your eyes that are seeing this truth.

The scripture declares that Isaac “waxed great and went forward and grew until he became very great”. Don’t just respond by saying: “Yes, Lord, I receive it in Jesus’ name. That is not enough. You have a part to play. If you only receive it and you do nothing, there will be no result. Isaac waxed great and grew. But it did not just happen. It didn’t fall on him like a bag of cherries. There was a process.

Isaac diligently engaged in timeless principles. He sowed in the land. Then he reaped. If you sow nothing, you reap nothing. Therefore, “… let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not.”(Galatians 6:9 KJV)
