YOU SHALL SEE THE GLORY OF GOD

Genesis 15:2-6 (GNB) …Abram answered, “… LORD, what good will your reward do me, since I have no children? …You have given me no children, and one of my slaves will inherit my property.” Then he heard the LORD speaking to him again: “This slave Eliezer will not inherit your property; your own son will be your heir.” The LORD took him outside and said, “Look at the sky and try to count the stars; you will have as many descendants as that.” Abram put his trust in the LORD, and because of this the LORD was pleased with him and accepted him.

God has very glorious and unbelievable things in store for you. As you remain conscious of this, your life will be filled with joy and hope and you will experience the abundance that God has for you. If you are lacking joy in any area of your life, it is probably because of your ignorance of the hope and abundance that God has in store for you in that area of your life. Today I pray for you that the Holy Spirit will open your eyes to see and know the type of things that God has freely provided for you in Christ, (1Cor.2:9-12.)

Abraham was worried about the seeming lack he was experiencing in the area of child birth and immediately God sent His Word of hope to Him. God took Abraham outside, showed him the uncountable number of stars in the sky and made him realize that he would also have an uncountable number of seeds. Something immediately happened to Abraham’s faith. I pray that you will hear God’s voice today and that something will happen to your faith today. I pray that your hope and joy will be restored. Elijah was depressed because he felt he was the only prophet left in Israel. What He did not know was that God had reserved 7000 prophets for Himself in that same Israel, (1Kings 19:13-18).

God has provided His grace and abundance for you in that area of your life where you are being tempted to be depressed right now. It is time for you to change your focus. Your God is the God of providence and He loves you so much! He makes abundant provision even before the need arises. You shall see the glory of God in your health, in your finances, in your business, career, ministry and spiritual life.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I thank you for your great love for me and I thank you for the abundant and glorious provisions you have made for me in Christ.
