YOU WILL NOT BE DENIED

“Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession”. Psalm 2:8 (KJV)When it comes to asking and receiving from God, the Word encourages us to come boldly to the throne. Not wondering whether He will drop a hammer on your head and break your head. You know that is how some of us think. But do you know that God is not going to answer any of us, based on ourselves? He is answering us because of Jesus. The scripture says: Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV).You are in Christ; therefore, you cannot be denied. Christ is the perfect sacrifice. You couldn’t make a perfect sacrifice but He has made it and so you are in Him. And based on the fact that you are in Him, you will be answered, and you will receive result. That is why we pray in Jesus name. We pray inside His name. You don’t pray inside your own name; you pray in Jesus name. In other words, when you pray in Jesus name, you are coming on the coating of Jesus.Ordinarily, we are not qualified but because of Jesus we can come boldly to the throne of grace without any fear and without any sense of inferiority because the price is paid. A lot of believers are so intimidated in asking anything from God. You can tell by their confession that they are seeing God as a wicked God. They are seeing God as a God that wants to withhold from them. You must believe this God. He owns it all! “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein” (Psalm 24:1 KJV). The cattle on a thousand hills, the beast of the forest, the fowls of the air, rubies and diamond, silver and gold; they all belong to your God. And there is no shortage in heaven!Further Reading: Matthew 7:7-11; Hebrew 4:14-16; Ephesians 3:18Daily Bible Reading: Morning- Isaiah 17-19; Evening- Ephesians 5:17-33
