“The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath;”
Deuteronomy 28:12, 13 KJV
You must begin to understand what transpired when you gave your life to Christ. According to the book of Ephesians 2:5-6; God has quickened us with Christ, He has raised us and has made us to sit together with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. That means that you are no more on the floor. Therefore, stop looking down! That is not your place! Some believers need to take their eyes off the social media and put them on the Bible and the promises of God. The social media is good but it must not replace the scriptures. Otherwise, you will be distracted and you will be afraid.
According to the Bible, we are above the circumstances of life. Even if the devil has your back on the floor, know that you are above only. Do not accept the floor because it is not over until you come on top.
Rain speaks of blessing. Even today in Israel, when it rains, they see it as a blessing. So what is the Lord saying? The Lord is saying you should expect blessings to rain in your life to the point that you will no longer owe anyone. “And the Lord shall make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath…,”(NKJV) Beloved, that is your position! God is saying that by reason of His commanded blessing, you will always be on top of every circumstance. Do not doubt God. Above only is your heritage in Christ. Christ is lifted far above principalities and powers. You are also lifted far above principalities and powers. Believe it and receive it.
