“And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten; the canker-worm, and the caterpillar, and the palmer-worm; my great army which I sent among you”. Joel 2: 25 KJV
Child of God, I want you to know that every move of God is always accompanied by waves of recovery. That is what the ancient prophet Joel was saying in the passage above. He was speaking about the waves of recovery that will come. In spite of what the locust and the caterpillar had done; he says there is a wave of recovery. The text gives us a vivid account of recovery and restoration coming through the move of God. So, it doesn’t matter the challenge in your life and it doesn’t matter the pressure the enemy has brought against you. Because of what Christ has done on your behalf, you will surely recover all.By virtue of Christ’s death, burial and resurrection, something happened to you. Hence the scripture says, “If any man is in Christ, he is a new creation.” A brand-new species of being that has never existed before. You are a new creation! You are not your old self. You have a new ability, new strength, new wisdom and new understanding. That is the move of God in your life and it comes with benefits. Every move of God comes with a recovery of what was lost.
I have often said that there is no fatal failure for a child of God. There is nothing that cannot be turned around. There is no challenge, no situation and no pressure the enemy mounts on you that cannot be changed by God. You must always expect a turnaround. Irrespective of where you find yourself, expect a turnaround. It is your heritage! If you read the whole account by Prophet Joel, you will discover that in spite of the plague, there was recovery. I prophesy that, no matter what the enemy is doing or had stolen from you, you will recover all. Get ready for it.
