TOPIC: Be Rooted In Love (TREM Devotional 7 April 2022)

“That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,” Ephesians 3:17 (KJV)

Jesus is not condemning us, so why condemn yourself. Stop that! You are the beloved of God. Nothing has the power to diminish God’s love towards you. Whatsoever the enemy orchestrates against you is impotent before the omnipotent love of God where you are dwelling.

So now I live with the confidence that there is nothing in the universe with the power to separate us from God’s love. I’m convinced that his love will triumph over death, life’s troubles, fallen angels, or dark rulers in the heavens. There is nothing in our present or future circumstances that can weaken his love. There is no power above us or beneath us—no power that could ever be found in the universe that can distance us from God’s passionate love, which is lavished upon us through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One! (Romans 8:38-39 TPT).

This is awesome! It makes me want to jump up and dance around. This is God Himself giving you an assurance. Your part is simply to receive this love of God and be rooted and grounded in it. This love of God has no margin for failure. If we have understanding of the love of God, towards us, there are many things we will not pray for. They will just happen. We will just be enjoying them. That’s why Paul prayed that the church might be rooted and grounded in the love of God.

This love of God speaks on your behalf. When you stay in this love, it opens doors. The love of God guarantees favor. The love of God guarantees breakthrough. The love of God fights your battles and silences the voice of the wicked. You will fear nothing when you are rooted and grounded in the love of God.

DAILY CONFESSIONS: APRIL 3RD– APRIL 9TH

I delight myself in the Lord and He gives me the desires of my heart. There is no lack, for my God supplies all of my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (PS 37:4, Philippians 4:19)

The Lord has made me a blessing; I am blessed going out and blessed coming in. He will cause the shower to come down in its season. There shall be showers of blessing. The trees of my field will yield their fruit and the earth shall yield her increase. And I shall be safe in the land. I shall lay-up gold as dust and as the stones of the brook. Yea, the Almighty shall be my defense and I shall have plenty of silver (Deuteronomy 28:6, Levi 26:4, Job 22:24-25)

Every day, and in every way, I am getting better: spiritually, physically, financially, mentally, morally, and in all my endeavor.

I am called for a purpose. I will fulfill this purpose and I will arrive at God’s ordained destiny for my life. Nothing will cut me short. I will make a formidable impact in my world for the Kingdom.
