GOD’S EXCEEDING GREAT POWER IS AT WORK IN YOU

Ephesians 3:20-21 (AMPC)

Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]—To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it).

This wonderful year is going to turn out bigger and better than you expect it to, in every area of your life. The major reason for this is that the power of God at work in you is not an ordinary power. It is an exceedingly great power. It is a power that is not just great, but one that as it manifests, it exceeds targets and expectations.

God does not want you to ask Him for His exceeding great power; He has given it to you already. What He wants you to ask Him is for your eyes to be opened to know and understand the exceeding great power that is at work in you and for you. In Ephesians 1:18-21a (AMPC), Apostle Paul prayed asking God that, “… the eyes of your heart (be) flooded with light, so that you can know and understand …the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength, Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places], Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named…”

As this power made Christ overcome death and was positioned far above, you overcome and experience more than you desire this year.

Prayer:
Father, I thank you for your exceeding great power that is at work in me. Help me grow in the understanding and consciousness of it.
