TOPIC: One Day Of Favour (2) (Mountain Of Fire and Miracle Ministries, MFM Devotional 5 January 2025)

FIRE SCRIPTURE: Esther 5:1-8 (KJV)
1 Now it came to pass on the third day, that Esther put on her royal apparel, and stood in the inner court of the king’s house, over against the king’s house: and the king sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, over against the gate of the house.
2 And it was so, when the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, that she obtained favour in his sight: and the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that was in his hand. So Esther drew near, and touched the top of the sceptre.
3 Then said the king unto her, What wilt thou, queen Esther? and what is thy request? it shall be even given thee to the half of the kingdom.
4 And Esther answered, If it seem good unto the king, let the king and Haman come this day unto the banquet that I have prepared for him.
5 Then the king said, Cause Haman to make haste, that he may do as Esther hath said. So the king and Haman came to the banquet that Esther had prepared.
6 And the king said unto Esther at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? even to the half of the kingdom it shall be performed.
7 Then answered Esther, and said, My petition and my request is;
8 If I have found favour in the sight of the king, and if it please the king to grant my petition, and to perform my request, let the king and Haman come to the banquet that I shall prepare for them, and I will do to morrow as the king hath said.

MFM Devotional For Today 2024 MESSAGE:
Beloved, when the day of favour comes in your life, you will become a living proof of God’s wonders. In Esther 4:1-4, the Bible reveals that Esther’s one day of favour with King Ahasuerus saved the Jewish nation from destruction. Genesis 41:14 tells us how Joseph’s one day of favour with Pharaoh lifted him from prison to palace. The book of Ruth 2: 10-13 affirms that Ruth experienced one day of favour with Boaz which led to her marriage and becoming part of the lineage of Jesus.
Favour is a very powerful spiritual force. When your day of favour comes, protocols will be set aside for you and rules will be waived for your sake. According to our Fire Scripture for today, Haman had gone very far with his evil plot to destroy Esther and her people, the Jews. She needed to intervene by using her good office as the Queen to see the King and abort the looming disaster. Esther explained that there was a hurdle or problem. Death penalty awaited anyone who would approach the king without his invitation at that time. Eventually, Esther agreed to help her people. Through Mordecai, she told the Jews in Shushan to fast for three days and she and her maidens too fasted. After the three days’ fast, Esther went to the king and she found great favour. The king granted all Esther’s requests and that marked the beginning of the deliverance of her people and the tragic end of Haman, their sworn enemy.
Beloved, how can you experience one day of favour? You must give your life to Jesus. Second, you must live a holy life and in complete obedience to God.
Third, you must have unwavering faith in the ability of God to do all things, including giving you favour and turning your situation around for good. You must be a doer of God’s word and a prayer addict. Finally, you must pray anti-favour spirits out of your life and tell God to grant you favour with Himself and all men. I pray that God will anoint you with the oil of favour and bring your day of favour to manifestation, in the name of Jesus.

1. Father, make this day my day of favour, in the name of Jesus.
2. Father, make this week my week of favour, in the name of Jesus.
3. Father, make this year my year of favour, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
4. My Father, make Your face to shine upon me, in the name of Jesus.
5. O God, let Your favour find me and change my history, in the name of Jesus.
6. Anti-favour spirits, I am not your candidate, die, in the name of Jesus.
7. The day of endless favour appear now, in the name of Jesus.
