AVOIDING GOSPEL ABUSE

• Ministers of the gospel have tendencies to abuse the gospel by taking advantage of faithful followers especially in the areas of:

• 1 Corinthians 9:18,19; 2 Corinthians 13:10; 12:11-18
• 1 Corinthians 9:12
• 1 Samuel 2:22-30

To avoid abuse:

• Be a servant to the church and to all. 1 Corinthians 9:18-23; Romans 16:1.
• Be contented (covetous free). 1 Samuel 12:3-5; Hebrews 13:5; Acts 20:33-35
• Be an example of moral standard. 1 Timothy 4:12.
• Be disciplined. 1 Corinthians 9:23-27.
