PARTNER AND CO-OPERATE WELL WITH OTHERS

Ecclesiastes 4:9 (GNB), Daniel 2:17-18 (CEV), Luke 5:7 (TPT)

Two are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively. *Daniel returned home and told his three friends. Then he said, “Pray that …God …will be merciful and explain this mystery, so that we and the others won’t be put to death.” *They waved to their business partners in the other boat for help. They ended up completely filling both boats with fish until their boats began to sink!

God wants us to walk in love with others and He wants us to partner and co-operate well with others. The way God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit work together (1John 5:7) is enough to tell us that God wants us to know how to partner and co-operate well with others.

Proverbs 27:17 says, “Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” The Good News Bible says, “People learn from one another, just as iron sharpens iron,” and the Contemporary English Version says, “Just as iron sharpens iron, friends sharpen the minds of each other.” The Bible says, “If you fall, your friend can help you up. But if you fall without having a friend nearby, you are really in trouble,” Eccl.4:10, CEV).

God sets people in families, (Psa.68:6). Don’t isolate yourself. God commands His blessing where He sees unity, (Psa.133:1-3). God commended the unity of the people of the tower of Babel, (Gen.11:6). Sadly, they were not united for a godly cause. Choose your friends and partners wisely. Allow God lead and direct you with His wisdom, (James 1:5). Grow and improve on the way you relate and partner with people, (Prov.18:24). As much as you can, walk in peace with others (Rom.12:18). Learn how to delegate and empower people more.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, please help me to walk in love and help me to partner and co-operate better with others.
