TAKE YOUR PORTION OF HIS GOODNESS

“But beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we speak thus.” Hebrews 6:9 (KJV)

There are certain factors that pulls together to enable you access what God has already given to you by grace. They are inevitable if you must take on the fullness which God has delivered to you through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I have discovered that people neglect those factors. What gives us access to heaven is Jesus. If you have Jesus Christ in your heart; obviously you have made a decision to be in heaven.

There are benefits that accompany salvation. It is not just that you are saved for the sake of being saved. The things that accompany salvation are your well-being while you are still here and the goodness of God that He has put on earth for you to enjoy. The Bible says that He daily loads us with His benefits; so, His goodness abounds: healing, success, prosperity and so on.

In order to access His goodness and experience elevation in different areas of your life, there is a way to position yourself. When Paul the apostle got saved when he encountered Jesus on his way to Damascus, the first thing he did was to ask, “Lord what would you have me to do?” That is the evidence of an encounter.

When you are saved, the next thing is to be eager to get involved, not to stay on the sideline. So many believers are standing on the sideline and wondering what is going on. That’s why they are not able to access the goodness of God. Unfortunately, some start very well on the pathway to these blessings, but along the line, the fire dies. The intensity, the enthusiasm, the commitment and consistency they started with fizzles away. The effect is that they are not able to reach out to touch that thing that God has purposed for them. That will not be your portion in Jesus Name. I encourage you to stand firm for Jesus and I know you will never regret it.
