THE BLOOD PURCHASED A SOUND MIND FOR YOU

“And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon His head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before Him, and mocked Him, saying Hail, King of the Jews!” (Matthew 27:29 KJV)

The crowns of thorns had some sharp objects put in them and they made sure the sharpest points were put on His head. As they began to lower it on His head, the sharp objects began to pierce His head and His blood dripped down. Why did He shed blood from His head? The application of the blood shed from His head gives us sound mind. God wants you to have a sound mind. You are not an idiot. You and are not a failure.

The book of 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV) says “For God hath not given us the Spirit of fear; but of power and of love, and of a sound mind.” You can excel in whatever you are doing. Do not settle for second position, mediocrity or failure. You are the head and not the tail. You shall be above only and not beneath.

You have the mind of Christ and Christ can never be a failure. Christ will always succeed in whatever He is doing. Christ is mentally alert, He is sharp and smart. As He is so are you! Therefore, you are a winner all the time. You are a success. You are not a failure. You can pass examinations. You can pass that interview because mentally alert. You have creative abilities. You cannot be limited because you have a sound mind.

You are like a tree planted by the rivers of water that brings forth his fruit in his season, your leaf shall not wither and whatsoever you put hands to will prosper. God wants you to excel. The creativity ability of God in you is alive. He shed His blood for your mental alertness, excellence, intelligence, smartness, and for you to be the best. You are not a push over or a nonentity. You are an answer to your generation.
